Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, data science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Over 8 years of experience in an Enterprise Application Architecture role, ideally within a global organization.
- Strong expertise in architecture governance, application design patterns, and industry best practices.
- Proven track record in establishing and implementing architecture governance, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Microsoft M365, SharePoint, Microsoft Azure, ERP systems, SaaS, PaaS, Salesforce, MuleSoft, and ServiceNow.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and Visio.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of target-state application architecture that aligns with the broader Enterprise Architecture and stakeholder requirements.
- Ensure application architectures meet organizational solution goals, standards, and strategic business objectives.
- Develop and maintain reference architectures, architecture building blocks (ABB), standards, and guidelines for secure and compliant technology solutions.
- Guide the evaluation, selection, and implementation of technology platforms and solutions to fulfill enterprise needs.
- Identify solution and capability gaps, outlining strategies and roadmaps to promote continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify, prioritize, and support strategic initiatives.
- Stay informed on emerging application and technology trends, assessing their potential impact and value to the organization.
- Communicate application target states, roadmaps, and progress updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders clearly.
- Lead and influence architects, technology owners, and subject matter experts to deliver cohesive, enterprise-wide solutions.
