Requirements
Must:
- Hands-on experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management
- Familiarity with prior authorization solutions
- Knowledge of Smart on FHIR Apps and Da Vinci Prior Authorization Support, including CRD and DTR implementation guides
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through the entire Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC)
- Minimum of 2 years in software development with experience in delivering medium-scale features to market
- Understanding of hospital and professional coding and billing workflows
- Significant contributions to designing and developing Revenue Cycle Management products
- Ability to analyze market segments and industry trends
- Strong technical foundation in software development
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a knack for innovative solutions
- Keen attention to detail, focusing on user experience and usability
- Excellent written communication ability to convey complex ideas clearly
- Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for negotiation and persuasion
- Adaptable and agile in response to changing circumstances
- Bachelors degree required; Business or Computer Science preferred
Responsibilities
- Analyze product inputs and customer requirements to design solution architectures and develop business cases for new products
- Prepare software design documentation including specifications, use cases, and wireframes with input from the User Experience team
- Conduct market research to analyze customer segments, evaluate industry reports, and identify competitive strengths and weaknesses
- Stay informed on healthcare industry standards and compliance changes
- Gather inspiration by visiting customers and reviewing similar products in other sectors
- Obtain direct customer feedback through user tests, analyzing support incidents, surveys, and in-person product interaction observations
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to define system requirements that address market needs and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Assist the Director of Product Management in coordinating efforts across sales, marketing, development, and support to consolidate diverse ideas into a unified product vision
- Manage the product roadmap with the Director, documenting strategy, maintaining feature backlogs, and coordinating release schedules
