Requirements
Must:
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience is desirable, but not mandatory
- Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively; basic math skills required
- Capability to work independently and effectively organize time
- Strong focus on detail and high cleanliness standards
- Reliable, punctual, and maintains a professional demeanor
- Competent in following both written and verbal instructions
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs
- Capability to perform repetitive motions and physical tasks throughout the work shift

- Clean and disinfect restrooms, break rooms, offices, and shared spaces
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and wax floors as necessary
- Empty trash and recycling bins and ensure proper waste disposal
- Dust and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment
- Restock restroom and cleaning supplies as required
- Report any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or required repairs to management
- Adhere strictly to company safety protocols and cleaning procedures
- Carry out additional janitorial tasks as assigned
