Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree preferred, or equivalent education and relevant banking or financial services experience - Proficiency in desktop systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and banking-related applications - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with IT staff, vendors, and business partners - Understanding of information security principles and data privacy regulations relevant to a regulated banking environment - Strong analytical and research skills - Effective problem-solving abilities - Excellent organizational skills - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

- Assist the Senior Technology Specialist in managing and maintaining the Microsoft server environment, including user account management and software updates - Coordinate with third-party service providers for support of end-user workstations, printers, and other peripherals; conduct repairs or arrange for vendor services as authorized by the Network Manager - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing employee inquiries concerning hardware and software issues via phone, email, or in person; document issues and solutions in the IT ticketing system promptly - Install, configure, and support software applications, encompassing Microsoft products and specific banking systems; prepare and deploy new PCs and related equipment for staff - Offer backup support for the IT Application Specialist, aiding with user support, troubleshooting issues, and routine operational tasks associated with the Fiserv Cleartouch core banking system and Nautilus application - Assist with granting application access, basic configuration, and issue escalation for Cleartouch and Nautilus, adhering to documented procedures and internal controls - Maintain accurate records of computer hardware and software assets; update inventory systems and generate necessary reports - Acquire IT equipment and software as directed by the SVP of IT or Network Manager, in line with Bank purchasing protocols - Generate daily and monthly IT operational reports as requested; conduct routine system and security report reviews, escalating any identified issues to IT Management - Participate in the installation, upgrade, and maintenance of systems and infrastructure projects as assigned - Build and nurture positive working relationships with employees and departments to effectively meet business needs - Participate in a rotating Saturday support schedule as needed - Represent the Bank at local community events and business organizations to support outreach and engagement initiatives - Perform additional duties as assigned
