Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development (mobile or web)
- Practical field experience with hardware installations or IT deployments
- Excellent project management and communication abilities with vendors
- Proactive self-starter who works well across technical and operational teams
- Valid drivers license required for regular travel within DFW area
- Experience with POS systems in retail, hospitality, or car wash is a plus
- Knowledge of membership or subscription billing systems is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact with our POS vendor, managing project timelines, testing, and implementation across various locations
- Lead the development of our mobile application and additional customer-facing digital tools
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues both on-site and remotely
- Oversee on-site installations and system launches at our car wash facilities
- Create documentation of processes and provide training to staff on new systems
