Requirements

Must:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in robotics, aerospace, artificial intelligence, or embedded systems technologies industries. - At least 3 years of project management experience, overseeing complex technical projects with various teams. - Strong technical background with the capacity to rapidly evaluate and comprehend new technologies and their applications. - Proficient in navigating ambiguity during concept development and adept at making necessary adjustments to align with changing circumstances. - Experienced in managing intricate, multidisciplinary projects that blend creative and technological elements, with a keen attention to detail in dynamic environments. - Exceptional project management and organizational skills, able to maintain a overarching view while monitoring multiple teams, workstreams, deliverables, and milestones. - Capable of transforming high-level scopes and visions into executable plans and facilitating progress through regular updates. - Proficient in creating production deliverables, such as schedules, budgets, scope documents, and presentations. - Strong knowledge of software tools used for roadmap planning, scheduling, task tracking, and budget management, e.g., Excel, Project, Jira, Confluence, GitLab, etc. - Excellent collaborator with the ability to cultivate strong relationships built on trust across diverse teams and functions.

Responsibilities

- Work alongside project lead(s) to decompose project vision into detailed scopes, deliverables, tasks, timelines, and budgets. - Develop and regularly update plans for proof-of-concept prototypes, balancing time, budget, scope, and evolving goals. - Navigate uncertainties and shifting priorities to ensure sustained progress and clarity. - Customize and deliver communications, updates, and presentations to a variety of audiences, including team members, vendors, and stakeholders. - Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing execution and communication while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality. - Oversee project schedules, task lists, and financials, managing budgets across resources, vendors, materials, software, and playtesting. - Plan and conduct playtests and events, gathering insights and integrating feedback into future iterations. - Engage in discussions regarding technical options, solutions, and feasibility evaluations. - Identify and evaluate technical risks and project challenges, escalating to leadership as necessary to sustain project health and momentum. - Build and lead cross-functional teams across creative and technical disciplines, fostering a collaborative environment where individuals feel empowered to contribute.
