Requirements
Must:
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory
- Valid U.S. drivers license along with reliable transportation to the office is necessary
- Completion of a minimum of 24 credit hours towards a relevant degree is preferred
- Experience in an IT support role is favored
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and capable of passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Basic understanding of IT support services
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Adobe products
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and projects
- Strong organizational skills and self-motivated
- Competence in communicating with various individuals or groups regularly
- Capability to read, interpret, and adhere to verbal and written directives and procedures
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills with solid customer service abilities through in-person interactions, emails, and calls
Responsibilities
- Support in the maintenance and setup of personal computers and peripheral devices (like printers and barcode readers)
- Help with basic troubleshooting of personal computers and network issues
- Provide assistance with Microsoft Office applications
- Offer fundamental support for Adobe applications
- Deliver end-user assistance for Microsoft Outlook products and functionalities
- Contribute to the operation of the corporate anti-virus protection system
- Adhere to all safety protocols and workplace regulations
- Execute additional tasks as required
