Requirements

- Understanding of coding standards, guidelines, and quality assurance measures.
Responsibilities

- Lead the creation and upkeep of our technical architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability.
- Design intricate software systems, addressing performance, security, and scalability requirements.
- Deliver high-quality software with emphasis on unit testing, functional testing, routine code reviews, and continuous integration.
- Maintain high standards in operational quality and excellence.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation and presentations to articulate architectural decisions and design alternatives.
- Ensure documentation aligns with project goals, milestones, and deliverables.
- Promote and implement technical standards throughout the organization to drive engineering excellence.
- Foster a culture of innovation and learning through hands-on mentorship.
- Lead the discovery phases of significant projects, ensuring designs meet business and technical needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish project objectives and timelines.
- Work closely with Product Management, UX/UI, Quality Assurance, and DevOps teams.
- Effectively communicate complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay updated on technological advancements, researching emerging tools and methodologies.
