Staff Data Scientist | Conversational AI

- Masters degree or certification in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, along with 3 years of relevant work experience. - Proficiency in prompt tuning and in-context learning, with experience in conducting both offline and online evaluations to optimize model performance. - Extensive knowledge of NLU/NLP and familiarity with contemporary deep learning models such as Transformers, BERT, Llama, GPTs, and Gemini, including safe fine-tuning techniques. - Proven expertise in designing and implementing end-to-end Generative AI systems utilizing transformer-based architectures, both open source and proprietary. - Strong command of Python and foundational knowledge in SQL. - Practical experience with classical machine learning models, including metrics for test/train/evaluation and understanding key parameters affecting model performance. - Familiarity with relevant statistical metrics like confidence intervals and significance testing, alongside the ability to develop robust datasets for evaluation. - Capability to oversee projects from requirement gathering to successful launch. - A proactive attitude towards exploring, enhancing, automating, and optimizing AI models and products. - Experience in analyzing conversational data to extract patterns, along with a commitment to resolving data discrepancies and finding optimal data representations. - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
