Requirements
Must:
- Rich experience with NLP and language models (e.g., Transformers, BERT, Llama, GPTs, Gemini), including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and efficient deployment.
- Experience in developing agentic systems with static and agentic flow design.
- Proficient programming skills in Python and adept at handling large datasets.
- Capable of managing a project from requirements gathering to actual launch.
- Continuous motivation to explore, enhance, and optimize models and products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- PhD in computer science, statistics, data science, mathematics, or related fields demonstrating research and analytical methods.
- Strong academic publication record is required (NeurIPS, ICML, EMNLP, ACL, ICLR, AAAI, KDD, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Develop and adapt advanced deep learning generative models and multimodal frameworks to enrich the conversational shopping experience for customers.
- Utilize state-of-the-art machine learning techniques to provide solutions for conversational AI projects.
- Construct, validate, test, and deploy language models in conjunction with various machine learning strategies to analyze behavior and tackle business challenges.
- Extract insights from large datasets and identify innovative modeling projects that can significantly impact the business.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to establish interfaces and resolve dependencies effectively.
- Standardize and create scalable, high-availability systems adhering to operational best practices.
- Generate visualizations and reports to clearly communicate model outcomes and insights to business teams.
- Maintain high academic standards by pursuing patent applications, publishing research, presenting at conferences, and engaging with the research community.
