Software engineer, staff developer

- Proficiency in Python and a strong understanding of SQL. - Minimum five years of practical experience with classical machine learning models, including knowledge of test/train/evaluation metrics and relevant performance factors. - Familiarity with relevant statistical measures such as confidence intervals and error significance, alongside experience in developing and evaluating datasets. - Experience or familiarity with Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and recent deep learning models like Transformers, BERT, Llama, Gpts, and Gemini. - Strong analytical skills and ability to present results in clear, understandable formats to stakeholders. - Proven ability to analyze data for patterns and conduct error/deviation assessments, with a passion for resolving data issues and optimizing representations. - Experience managing a project from requirements gathering through to launch. - A continuous desire to explore, enhance, automate, and improve models and products. - Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities. - Bachelors degree or relevant certification in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
