Requirements
Must:

- 8 years working with the iOS platform
- 5 years of programming proficiency in Swift
- 3 years of experience utilizing ARKit/ARCore and Core Vision/ML Kit
- In-depth understanding of mobile application development
- Proven experience in integrating with RESTful backend services
- Background in managing large codebases and overseeing substantial projects
- Experience mentoring engineers and positively influencing peers
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Effective problem-solving mindset with analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the exploration phase of significant Mobile Engineering initiatives by coordinating with cross-functional teams to establish project strategies
- Interpret strategies into sustainable mobile solutions and oversee prototype development to assess feasibility
- Troubleshoot business and production issues for mobile devices, utilizing expert knowledge to analyze information and develop action plans
- Guide project teams in Mobile Engineering by defining project plans, addressing issues, and approving proposed solutions
- Develop pioneering mobile technology strategies in collaboration with business partners and industry best practices
- Oversee medium to large-scale projects by translating requirements into mobile solutions across multiple platforms
- Write and develop code applicable to various mobile devices while ensuring functional solutions through testing
- Communicate project progress and address roadblocks with stakeholders and team members
- Execute multiple business plans by identifying needs, developing priorities, and managing performance metrics
- Provide supervision and growth opportunities for team members through mentoring and performance evaluations
- Foster adherence to company policies and support community outreach efforts
