Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience and knowledge in large deep learning models, encompassing DL model training and deployment, LLM prompt engineering and fine-tuning, NLP, and multi-modality modeling
- Proficiency in the design and development of Agentic AI
- Strong programming capabilities in Python with a background in managing large datasets
- PhD in computer science, statistics, data science, mathematics, or related fields (such as electrical engineering, economics, or operations research)
- Minimum 2 years of industrial experience in recommendation systems, marketing, advertising, or closely related domains is preferred
- A solid academic and publication history in recognized conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, EMNLP, ACL, ICLR, AAAI, IJCAI, CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, KDD)
Responsibilities
- Create and refine advanced deep learning models, LLMs, and multimodal models targeting e-commerce marketing and advertising applications, including ad creative generation and personalized recommendations
- Design and develop autonomous systems that enhance marketing and advertising processes, including agent-to-agent communication, routing/orchestration, and evaluation
- Analyze complex, large-scale datasets using distributed computing, deriving insights and optimizing business metrics
- Produce visual reports that effectively communicate model outputs, advantages, and insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure the smooth transition of AI advancements into scalable operational solutions
- Maintain exemplary academic credentials through patents, publications, conference presentations, and engagement with the research community
