Requirements
Must:
- 6+ years of experience in product management, demonstrating success at the Staff or Senior level within a large, matrixed organization
- Strong expertise in transportation operations, logistics optimization, yard management, and driver enablement systems
- Proven capability in leading cross-functional programs with numerous stakeholders and technical complexities
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities, adept at translating complex information into actionable clarity
- Experience influencing executive stakeholders and achieving strategic alignment
- High organizational awareness with the ability to manage competing priorities and function effectively in uncertain environments
- Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; or 9 years of experience in product management or a related field
Responsibilities
- Drive cross-functional alignment within transportation domains to support Walmarts strategic initiatives and modernization goals
- Define product specifications that translate business objectives into technical capabilities with measurable results
- Create and sustain clear documentation linking enterprise aims to transportation product roadmaps
- Collaborate with product managers, operations, engineering, and data science teams to ensure consistency in execution and delivery quality
- Identify and manage interdependencies between product lines, facilitating integrated solutions across various transportation applications
- Act as a product representative in executive and enterprise meetings, presenting updates, risks, and value realization for the transportation sector
- Develop frameworks that simplify complex business processes and promote a cohesive understanding of transportation capabilities
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and data-informed decision-making across functional and technical teams
