Requirements
Must:
- 12 years of professional experience in iOS and Android mobile platform development
- 5 years of hands-on programming experience in Swift and Kotlin
- Proven experience in building cross-platform spatial computing applications (AR/VR/MR)
- 3 years working with Apples ARKit, RealityKit, and Vision frameworks
- Experience creating AR applications using RealityKit and ARKit on iOS
- Familiarity with ARCore and related Android AR SDKs
- Knowledge of Unity, Unreal Engine, or other AR/VR frameworks
- Strong understanding of 3D Math, Linear Algebra, and Animation techniques
- In-depth knowledge of mobile architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization
- Proven leadership skills in mentoring engineers and driving large-scale technical projects
- Excellent collaboration and cross-functional leadership abilities
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach
- Demonstrated capability to rapidly learn and adapt to new technologies
Responsibilities
- Lead the discovery phase of large Mobile Engineering projects through collaboration with cross-functional teams to define project strategy
- Translate strategies into sustainable mobile solutions while driving prototype development
- Troubleshoot business and production issues for mobile devices by analyzing critical information
- Engage support teams for issue resolution while formulating action plans
- Direct project teams for Mobile Engineering projects by clarifying project plans and timelines
- Review and approve proposed solutions while implementing new architectural patterns
- Develop innovative mobile technology strategies aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate on assessments of key opportunities and benchmark industry best practices
- Drive high-priority initiatives while influencing decision-makers and executives
- Manage medium- to large-scale, complex cross-functional projects in Mobile Engineering
- Adapt requirements into mobile solutions suitable for various operating systems
- Create and develop code that is compatible across multiple mobile devices
- Conduct testing to ensure functionality and communicate project status to stakeholders
- Identify and solve issues while enhancing designs to prevent future defects
- Supervise associates, providing training and mentorship while establishing team dynamics
- Promote company policies and ensure compliance while supporting community outreach events
- Evaluate the effectiveness of plans and initiatives to ensure business needs are met
