Requirements
Must:
- 15 years of experience in software development, specializing in Frontend Websites and Sharable Widgets.
- Mastery of JavaScript/TypeScript, with experience in frameworks such as React, Vue, and Angular, including React Router and Redux.
- Strong capability in API integration and development, including Node.js and GraphQL.
- Advanced understanding of complex software design, distributed systems, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Excellent technical debugging abilities and experience in production support.
- Familiarity with public cloud technologies like Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
- Extensive experience in the design, development, and delivery of large-scale software products.
- Exceptional decision-making skills to navigate complex and fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of risk analysis methodologies, including cost analysis and user story concepts.
- Proficiency in coding languages, frameworks, and platforms, along with quality and security standards.
- Experience with coding standards, CI/CD practices, code management tools, and secure software development lifecycle methods.
Responsibilities
- Guide and mentor a team of engineers, overseeing code reviews and leading design discussions to uphold engineering best practices.
- Serve as a technical authority, steering the team with direction and expertise.
- Foster the adoption of coding standards, design patterns, and development best practices.
- Lead in the architecture and maintenance of our technical infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability needs.
- Design complex software systems, addressing performance, security, and scalability requirements.
- Deliver high-quality software with an emphasis on unit testing, functional testing, and continuous integration.
- Maintain high standards of quality and operational excellence.
- Create detailed technical documentation and presentations to effectively communicate architectural decisions and design strategies.
- Ensure all documentation aligns with project scopes, milestones, and deliverables.
- Promote and enforce technical standards throughout the organization to achieve measurable outcomes and advance engineering excellence.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and innovation through hands-on technical guidance and mentorship.
- Lead the discovery phase of significant projects, confirming the design aligns with business and technical goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, UX/UI, Quality Assurance, and DevOps, to define project scopes and milestones.
- Communicate intricate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay informed on technological advancements, researching emerging tools and methodologies.
