Requirements
Must:
- Masters degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
- 20 years of experience in Software Engineering
- 15 years of experience in mobile product development
- 15 years of experience with iOS and Android platforms
- 10 years of programming experience in Swift and Kotlin
- 5 years of experience collaborating with AI/ML teams
- In-depth knowledge of various aspects of Mobile App Development
- Experience integrating with REST-based backend services
- Proven ability to work with large codebases and manage extensive projects
- Experience mentoring engineers and influencing teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Experience in developing Rich Media Content or Conversational Applications on iOS or Android
- Background in Game Design, 3D modeling, or 3D Computer Graphics, including OpenGL
Responsibilities
- Lead the discovery phase for significant Mobile Engineering initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project strategies
- Transform strategic plans into sustainable mobile solutions and prototype developments
- Collaborate with service teams to establish optimal end-to-end architecture for reusable mobile widgets
- Troubleshoot mobile devices business and production issues by analyzing information and formulating action plans
- Guide project teams through Mobile Engineering projects, identifying solutions and timelines
- Develop innovative mobile technology solutions aligned with business goals by collaborating with partners
- Oversee medium- to large-scale cross-functional projects and translate requirements into mobile solutions
- Write and develop code applicable to various mobile devices and conduct testing for functionality
- Drive execution of multiple business plans by identifying customer needs and adjusting performance standards
- Supervise and mentor associates, establishing performance expectations and conducting evaluations
- Promote adherence to company policies, mission, and standards of ethics
- Evaluate ongoing efficacy of plans and initiatives and support community outreach efforts
