Requirements
Must:
- 10 years of experience in building and deploying advanced machine learning and AI systems at scale
- Proven record of making architecture-level decisions for large language models, agentic systems, evaluation frameworks, or generative platforms
- In-depth expertise in one area with the capacity to influence related domains
- Ability to translate vague product or business objectives into clear, long-term technical strategies
- Strong history of delivering production impact and showcasing technical leadership
- Credibility through publications, patents, open-source contributions, speaking engagements, or similar achievements
- Bachelors degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 5 years of relevant experience, or a Masters degree with 3 years, or 7 years of experience in an analytics-related field
Responsibilities
- Define the long-term vision for AI systems and platforms, setting the course for future advancements
- Lead key architectural decisions in areas such as agentic systems, evaluation, and generative platforms
- Act as a reliable technical advisor to directors and senior leaders, shaping strategy at top levels
- Set standards, frameworks, and best practices to guide teams toward excellence
- Demonstrate technical leadership to the external community through publications, patents, and thought leadership
