Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in Python and strong knowledge of SQL.
- Practical experience with classical ML models, including metrics for testing, training, and evaluation.
- Understanding of pivotal statistical measures like confidence intervals and significance of error metrics.
- Familiarity with NLU/NLP tools and modern deep ML models such as Transformers, BERT, and GPTs.
- Strong analytical mindset suited for engaging consumers and presenting results clearly.
- Experience in data analysis to uncover patterns and conducting error analysis, driven by a passion for data integrity.
- Capability to oversee a project from its initial scope to successful launch.
- Continuous pursuit of improvement and optimization in models and products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent certification in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the evolution and refinement of our conversational AI technologies.
- Design and implement NLU services that enhance user interactions.
- Collaborate on innovative projects encompassing voice and text shopping assistants and customer care solutions.
- Create proof of concepts and demos showcasing our technological capabilities.
- Engage in writing white papers and blog posts to share insights and advancements.
- Analyze conversational context and multi-modal interactions to develop new use cases.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate and leverage AI systems effectively.
- Maintain a focus on building high-quality products that meet user needs.
