Backend Software Engineer, Web UI

- Lead the discovery phase of significant software engineering projects by collaborating with diverse teams to outline project strategy - Convert strategies into sustainable architecture and solutions, ensuring feasibility through prototype development - Oversee engineering project teams by defining project plans, identifying solutions and timelines, and addressing roadblocks - Review and approve proposed solutions and implement new architectural patterns - Manage complex, cross-functional projects by collecting requirements and translating them into platforms and mobile solutions - Develop and write code, build user interface solutions, and conduct testing to validate functionalities - Report project status and challenges to team members and stakeholders, identifying resolutions for encountered issues - Enhance designs to avoid defects across multiple devices while ensuring timely delivery - Collaborate with project managers to guide project implementation plans - Supervise and facilitate development opportunities for associates, including training and mentoring - Promote compliance with company policies, mission, and standards of ethics - Evaluate the effectiveness of ongoing programs and initiatives to meet business needs, supporting community outreach efforts
