Requirements

Must:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a support role, with Managed Service Provider experience being an advantage - Technology degree or equivalent education and experience - Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite - Strong problem-solving abilities with end-user hardware and software issues - Ability to multitask and remain effective in a fast-paced environment - Professional attitude with a customer-focused mindset - Good verbal and written communication skills - Capacity to proactively manage special projects - Knowledge of WAN, VLAN, firewalls, and VPNs is a plus

Responsibilities

- Provide hands-on support for end-user hardware including computers and smartphones - Troubleshoot software issues related to Microsoft Windows, Office, and other business applications - Resolve network and server access problems for users - Address voice communications and voicemail system issues - Respond to helpdesk requests and service tickets promptly and helpfully - Keep accurate and useful documentation within our support tools - Image and deploy new computers and necessary hardware - Monitor antivirus and malware notifications, swiftly addressing potential threats - Escalate complicated issues to senior members of the helpdesk or network team when needed - Complete special projects as assigned by the manager
