Document and Data Administrator - AT

- Collaborate with contractors records management staff to ensure adherence to special procedures and requirements - Draft formal transmittal letters - Receive, inspect, and transmit incoming documents for accuracy and completeness - Scan, convert, and compile documents into image formats - Process requests for documents in a timely manner - Direct documents to relevant personnel for updates and approvals - Monitor the location and status of all documents - Apply appropriate procedures for document modifications, distribution, or handling - Prepare and send records to contractors in accordance with project specifications - Maintain administrative support for AT Sales - Follow all company policies and guidelines - Be prepared to work additional hours to meet business objectives when necessary - Complete any other assigned tasks as needed
