Must:

- A minimum of 3 years’ experience with SQL-based databases.
- At least 2 years of experience in data visualization.
- Preferred experience of 1 year in website design or maintenance.
- Strong database and data visualization skills.
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with one or more BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Sigma, Domo).
- Experience working with very large datasets.
- Comfort with website configuration or content management systems (WordPress acquaintance is a plus).
- Strong analytical mindset and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies, applying these skills effectively.

Responsibilities
- Maintain, update, and operate our interactive dashboard products.
- Design and implement enhancements to the product.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and clarity across extensive datasets.
- Configure BI applications and support ongoing product improvements.
- Troubleshoot technical issues for both internal teams and clients.
- Collaborate with product, data engineering, and client success teams to enhance dashboard usability and functionality.
- Assist with website configuration and content updates related to dashboard access, especially in WordPress.
- Document processes and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
