Requirements

Must:
- Proven expertise in domain-based networks, including basic Active Directory administration (user account creation, group management, permissions). - Minimum of 3 years of IT support experience, preferably within a law firm. - Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 administration and user management. - Strong understanding of Windows operating systems. - CompTIA A+ certification is advantageous, but not mandatory. - Knowledge of legal software, eDocs, and Coyote Analytics is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills. - Capable of managing sensitive information with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

- Deliver technical support for attorneys and staff across hardware, software, network, and phone systems, providing prompt and effective solutions. - Diagnose and resolve issues related to Windows PCs, printers, scanners, and mobile devices. - Provide assistance with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and document management systems. - Facilitate user onboarding and offboarding, including system setup and training on relevant computer systems and permission settings. - Collaborate with external IT vendors for hardware and software maintenance. - Oversee the integration of new technology updates into existing systems during rollouts or upgrades. - Maintain accurate system documentation and inventory. - Ensure adherence to the firm’s security and data protection protocols. - Support external IT vendors with after-hours system upgrades.
