Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a similar field
- Over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in retail banking or payment systems
- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations and/or Customer Engagement)
- Solid understanding of banking operations, payment systems, and card processing
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, API integrations, SQL, and data migration concepts
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Preferred experience in Agile environments using tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira
- Knowledge of ISO 20022, SWIFT, and ACH payment standards
- Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements for retail banking and payment processes
- Convert business needs into precise functional and technical specifications
- Manage and enhance user stories and acceptance criteria
- Assist in backlog prioritization and refinement using Agile methodologies
- Support the design of solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, including Finance, Customer Service, and Payments
- Analyze existing workflows, pinpoint gaps, and suggest process enhancements based on industry best practices
- Aid in integrations between Dynamics 365, core banking systems, payment gateways, and third-party applications
- Support data migration, validation, and reporting tasks
- Create test cases and oversee unit testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Ensure that delivered solutions comply with functional, regulatory, and quality standards
- Prepare user guides, process documentation, and training materials
- Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions for end-users
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, data privacy protocols, and PCI-DSS standards
