Requirements
Must:

Responsibilities
- Elicit, document, and confirm business requirements, process flows, and user stories
- Convert business needs into coherent functional and technical deliverables
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers and QA teams for solution delivery and testing readiness
- Aid in release planning, change management, and deployment coordination
- Monitor production incidents and troubleshoot issues
- Organize root-cause analysis, remediation initiatives, and follow-ups
- Maintain standard operating procedures, configuration documentation, and knowledge artifacts
- Ensure all documentation remains accurate and current
- Facilitate stakeholder communications regarding releases, changes, and issue resolutions
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams
