Requirements

Responsibilities
- Define and articulate a compelling product vision and roadmap that align with business objectives and customer demands
- Create, prioritize, and sustain the product backlog
- Ensure user stories are thoroughly defined with explicit acceptance criteria
- Facilitate sprint planning sessions and establish sprint objectives
- Collaborate on release planning with cross-functional teams
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, including business leaders, customers, UX, and engineering teams
- Gather input, align priorities, and guarantee timely product delivery
- Establish KPIs and success metrics to measure outcomes
- Assess feature performance and refine the roadmap based on analytics and customer feedback
- Serve as a bridge among UX, engineering, QA, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of delivery phases
- Identify potential risks and obstacles to delivery early on
- Drive timely resolutions while balancing stakeholder expectations and delivery capabilities
Description
We are a dynamic team located in Charlotte, NC, dedicated to driving impactful initiatives through innovative product management. We offer a collaborative environment and the opportunity to work with diverse stakeholders. As we seek to expand our team, we ensure a comprehensive onboarding process that includes a mandatory meet-and-greet for all new hires prior to starting assignments. Travel expenses for candidates located outside of the area will be covered if necessary.
