Requirements
Must:
- 2–5 years of experience in IT support or service desk environments
- Robust knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
- Proficiency with Active Directory, Group Policy, and user administration
- Basic understanding of networking (switches, routers, firewalls, VPN)
- Familiarity with RMM and PSA tools (e.g., ConnectWise, Autotask, Kaseya, Datto, NinjaOne)
- Experience using ticketing systems (e.g., Tigerpaw, Connectwise, Autotask)
- Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience with Apple Mac and iOS
Responsibilities
- Deliver Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Investigate and resolve escalated service desk tickets promptly
- Support Windows/macOS operating systems, Microsoft 365, and essential business applications
- Oversee user accounts, permissions, and access management (Active Directory / Entra ID)
- Set up, deploy, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Assist with network troubleshooting (VPN, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
- Support and upkeep MFPs and printers
- Record incidents, resolutions, and procedures in the ticketing system
- Work collaboratively with Helpdesk, Level I, and Level III teams to ensure issue resolution
- Engage in IT projects including system upgrades, migrations, and deployments
- Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure compliance with security policies
