We are looking for candidates who possess some familiarity with Active Directory, service management software, and knowledge base management.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will need you to handle tasks such as setting up and deploying computers, troubleshooting and configuring VPNs, printers, and network drives, as well as managing various software and cybersecurity measures. You will also provide remote assistance to multiple sites nationwide, perform on-site desk-side support, and troubleshoot network issues and devices on the factory floor.
Description
This is a full-time position with a pay range of $18.00 to $20.00 per hour. The expected working hours will be approximately 45 hours per week, and you will be required to work in person at our San Angelo location, supporting a large steel fabrication company.
