Requirements

Must:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in IT support (helpdesk, deskside, or MSP environment) - Proficient in troubleshooting Windows systems; basic knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 - Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer-focused support - Capability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical users - Excellent documentation and time management abilities - Valid drivers license for multi-site support (if applicable) - Preferred: Experience with Intune/Endpoint Manager, Autopilot, or equivalent tools - Preferred: Understanding of EDR tools like Defender for Endpoint, SentinelOne, or CrowdStrike - Preferred: Basic PowerShell for troubleshooting and automation - Preferred: Experience with VoIP/Teams Phone - Preferred: CompTIA A+/Network+ or similar qualifications

Responsibilities

- Deliver Tier 1–2 support through our ticketing system, via phone, email, or in person as required - Diagnose and resolve issues related to Windows 10/11: login/access, performance, updates, drivers, printers, VPN/Wi-Fi - Assist with Microsoft 365 applications: Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, along with assigned user/admin tasks - Provision and set up endpoints, including imaging, installation, encryption, security measures, and standard software - Facilitate onboarding and offboarding procedures: managing accounts, licenses, group memberships, MFA, and device setups/returns - Oversee and troubleshoot printers (both networked and USB), label printers, scanners, and other peripherals - Conduct basic network troubleshooting, including DHCP/DNS, Wi-Fi, cabling, VLAN awareness, and switch port checks - Document solutions, develop and update knowledge base articles, and maintain current asset records - Appropriately escalate issues to infrastructure/security teams and ensure closures are followed up on - Aid in patch management, endpoint compliance, and security best practices (e.g., AV/EDR, MFA, least privilege) - Participate in site visits, after-hours maintenance, or on-call rotations as needed
