Requirements
Must:
- We are looking for a dependable, full-time IT Support Assistant with hands-on technical aptitude

Responsibilities

- We deliver hardware and software assistance to our organization
- We support residents, employees, and administrative staff with technical needs
- We communicate clearly with end users to diagnose and fix problems
- We handle basic networking tasks and support requests
- We complete additional duties as assigned
Description
We are Wesley Commons and we are seeking a full-time, reliable IT Support Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on role that combines in-person troubleshooting with remote user support, making it a strong fit for someone who brings basic networking knowledge and a customer-focused mindset. Our position offers the opportunity to assist residents, employees, and administrative staff while working in a collaborative environment and handling a variety of technical support needs.
