Requirements

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical contact for IT and security operations at our LA office
- Provide daily IT support to staff and manage user access efficiently
- Oversee the IT employee lifecycle including onboarding, off-boarding, and role changes
- Operate and monitor security systems to ensure robust protection
- Collaborate closely with our Global Security team to align local practices with global policies
- Resolve technical issues and provide end-user support as needed
- Maintain updated documentation for IT processes and security protocols
