Requirements

Must:
- 2 to 5 years of Help Desk experience - Proficient in CRM Ticketing and RMM platforms; ConnectWise is preferable - Familiar with Windows Servers, Windows OS (10, 11), MAC iOS, Hyper-V Virtualization, VMWare - Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Azure, SharePoint Online, and AV solutions - Experienced in Microsoft 365 Administration - Skilled in systems administration tasks including Active Directory and Group Policies - Familiar with backup solutions like Datto and Veeam - Knowledge of security products such as EDR, Vulnerability Management, MFA, Spam filter, and DNS Protection - Basic understanding of networking concepts - PowerShell scripting experience is an advantage - Capable of documenting issues and resolution steps clearly - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team - Experience managing workflows and multitasking effectively - Strong verbal and written communication skills alongside time management - Continuous knowledge of mainstream and emerging technologies

Responsibilities

- Support the Help Desk team with ticket dispatch and scheduling, escalating issues to Level 1 and 2 technicians as needed - Provide direct Level 1 support to end-users, both remotely and onsite - Maintain a knowledge base, incorporating issues, solutions, use cases, and configuration guides, along with improvement suggestions - Monitor alerts from RMM tools and backup systems - Help with the installation and troubleshooting of PC and server applications as well as hardware - Participate in projects related to server, workstation, and network upgrades
