Requirements
Must:
- Strong problem-solving skills related to technical issues
- Proficiency in supporting hardware and software for desktops and laptops
- Familiarity with printers, scanners, and network equipment
- Ability to install and test computer systems and peripherals
- Prior experience in maintaining documentation
- Willingness to work occasional after-hours and weekends
- Strong organizational skills for tasks such as data entry and filing
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical assistance at our Corporate Office and remote locations
- Support hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices
- Install and conduct tests on computer systems and peripherals
- Assist with the maintenance and testing of servers and network equipment as needed
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for technical processes
- Undertake additional tasks during downtime, such as data entry and filing
