Requirements

Must:
- Expertise in AI/ML architecture and enterprise integration - Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks - Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and financial services compliance - Proficient with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, as well as containerization technologies - Strong skills in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch - Experience with OpenAI and Cohere APIs, along with local embedding models - Knowledgeable in Natural Language Processing (NLP), semantic search, and multi-turn conversation design - Familiar with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) for machine learning pipelines - Strong backend development skills, especially in Java and Python - Experience working with vector databases like OpenSearch, Pinecone, or Weaviate - Proficient in API development and integration with enterprise-level systems - Well-versed in data security practices and compliance frameworks - Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and ETL tools - Familiar with AWS Textract or Optical Character Recognition (OCR) services - Experience with financial data schemas and governance practices

Responsibilities

- Design comprehensive architecture for AI agents from end to end - Define integration points for authentication, authorizations, and existing systems - Oversee the implementation of a centralized Vector Store and ingestion pipeline - Ensure compliance with applicable security and regulatory standards - Implement generation of embeddings and conduct vector similarity searches - Optimize models to enhance performance (target response times under 30 seconds, accuracy above 90%) - Collaborate on developing features for explanation and compliance - Create an ingestion pipeline for both structured and unstructured content - Implement a scalable Vector Store that supports metadata and entitlement-aware retrieval - Integrate with content platforms such as AEM, SharePoint, and Content Cloud - Ensure adherence to audit logging and encryption standards - Develop both automated and manual test plans for AI agents and content retrieval systems
