Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred - 8+ years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 4+ years concentrated on CRM, loyalty, retention marketing, or lifecycle technologies in D2C - Strong understanding of retention KPIs, customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, personalization, and loyalty program mechanics (tiers, accrual/redemption, subscription models) - Hands-on experience with customer data platforms (e.g., Hightouch, Segment), email service providers/marketing automation (Klaviyo, Braze, Iterable), loyalty platforms, and experimentation frameworks - Proven capability to collaborate with analytics and data science teams to set up instrumentations, develop dashboards, and conduct controlled experiments (A/B, multivariate) - Demonstrated success in working with engineering, marketing, and operations to roll out customer-facing experiences at scale - Deep empathy for customer journeys, with a track record of crafting seamless omnichannel experiences across eCommerce, retail, and mobile

Responsibilities

- Formulate product vision and roadmap for the retention marketing stack (loyalty, CRM/CDP, marketing automation, personalization engines) - Align roadmap with retention key performance indicators: repeat purchase rate, lifetime value, churn reduction, and loyalty enrollment & engagement - Spearhead the evaluation, integration, and enhancement of loyalty program technology, subscription management, rewards/redemption systems, and lifecycle marketing tools - Drive personalization at scale using segmentation, predictive analytics, and dynamic messaging - Collaborate with engineering teams to implement new retention capabilities (e.g., omnichannel loyalty, points accrual across POS/eCommerce, tiered loyalty models, referral engines) - Partner with data & analytics teams to create retention dashboards and assess incremental ROI - Cooperate with Marketing Operations, CRM, and Site Merch teams to design loyalty program benefits, campaigns, and user experiences - Ensure a consistent customer experience across eCommerce, retail, and mobile application touchpoints - Work closely with senior leaders in Marketing, CRM, Analytics, and eCommerce to determine retention needs, establish priorities, and communicate outcomes - Translate complex business inquiries into technical specifications for engineering - Serve as a strategic partner for the CRM team - Develop frameworks for experimenting with loyalty offers, retention initiatives, and personalization rules - Monitor emerging trends in loyalty/retention (gamification, NFT/tokenized rewards, surprise-and-delight) and assess their applicability
