Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, growth marketing, or a relevant field, ideally within SaaS, healthcare, or educational technology
- Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to identify motivations and challenges via research
- Proven ability to adapt and persist in the face of obstacles
- Driven to contribute to company growth and meet business objectives
- Experience throughout the entire product lifecycle, including user research and detailed product documentation
- Exceptional collaboration and communication abilities for leading cross-functional teams
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
- Familiarity with the healthcare sector and medical conference environments (preferred)
- Experience managing teams across different time zones (preferred)
- Background in developing products for B2B customers (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and Content Partners to gather insights on their needs
- Oversee the development of partner-focused features, from the initial discovery phase to global implementation
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the health of our content library
- Design and execute a product strategy aimed at improving the experience for content creators and enhancing content quality
- Collaborate with marketing, design, content, and global engineering teams to drive growth initiatives
