Requirements
Must:
- Must possess a confirmed active Secret clearance
- Over 1 year of software development experience with C# and .NET
- Proficiency in SQL Server 2016 R2 or newer, including T-SQL stored procedures and views
- Understanding of unit testing and its significance within a Continuous Integration framework
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming and SOLID design principles
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, advanced critical thinking abilities, and adept troubleshooting skills
- Certified Scrum Developer (CSD) certification required within 8 months of contract start

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, debug, and deploy software utilizing MS Visual Studio for C#.NET
- Diagnose issues related to software applications and resolve integration and compatibility challenges
- Assist in software testing efforts, including crafting automated test scripts with NUnit, SpecFlow, and other automation tools
- Collaborate with key stakeholders including CODIS PMO, business analysts, and testers
- Promote continuous innovation by applying best practices to advance technology tools and processes, enhancing team efficiency and technical proficiency
- Contribute to project deliverables and relevant performance metrics
