Senior Data Engineer (Python) - Metabolic Focus

- Develop scalable and efficient services utilizing microservices architecture to manage extensive datasets and complex processing - Integrate with payment platforms (e.g., Stripe) to facilitate credit card payments, HSA/FSA transactions, and payment history visibility and reconciliation - Ensure data quality, consistency, and security throughout the data integration workflow - Maintain high performance and reliability by applying scalable architecture and best practices - Extend capabilities by integrating with third-party services - Construct data pipelines to support data integration and transformation processes using tools like Python, DBT, Workato, Rivery, and Snowflake - Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to data pipelines and integration - Develop and implement data validation and monitoring strategies to uphold ongoing data integrity - Participate in scheduled operations to assist audits and support cross-functional teams - Create and update technical documentation, including integration specifications, data flow diagrams, and data dictionaries - Contribute to the continuous enhancement of data integration processes and methodologies - Perform additional duties as required
