Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field; PhD is an advantage
- At least 5 years of professional experience in developing AI and Machine Learning systems in production environments
- Experience in creating consumer-facing features is a benefit
- Proficient in developing applications utilizing LLMs, Generative AI, advanced Prompt Engineering, RAG, and iterative AI evaluations
- Skilled in building, deploying, and optimizing ML models using advanced techniques like deep learning neural networks
- Familiarity with Voice AI or specialized Language Models (VLMs, multi-modal, etc.) is a plus
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience conducting complex analysis of large datasets using technologies such as SQL and Snowflake
Responsibilities
- Lead the complete lifecycle of AI products, from conceptualization and prototyping to development, deployment, and enhancement
- Employ cutting-edge techniques such as advanced Prompt Engineering, conversational AI agents, deep learning, and personalized recommendations to develop tailored solutions
- Construct and refine ML models to promote behavior modification for improved metabolic health among a varied member demographic, addressing issues like diabetes and weight loss
- Shape the product roadmap by gaining deep insights into member behavior and preferences through ongoing data analysis
- Work collaboratively across teams, including clinical, medical research, business analytics, and engineering, to design comprehensive AI-powered experiences for our members and clinical personnel that deliver measurable impact
- Perform any additional tasks as needed
