Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related discipline; PhD is advantageous
- 5 years of professional experience in developing AI and Machine Learning systems in a production environment
- Proven experience in building consumer-facing features is a plus
- Familiarity with creating applications utilizing LLMs, Generative AI, advanced Prompt Engineering, RAG, and iterative AI evaluations
- Experience in building, deploying, and optimizing ML models using advanced methodologies like deep learning neural networks
- Knowledge of Voice AI or specialized Language Models (VLMs, multi-modal, etc.) is a benefit
- Strong programming skills in Python and expertise in analyzing large datasets with tools like SQL, Snowflake, etc.
Responsibilities
- Lead the complete lifecycle of AI products, from concept development to deployment and optimization
- Implement advanced methodologies including Prompt Engineering, conversational AI agents, deep learning, and tailored recommendations to devise personalized solutions
- Develop and enhance ML models aimed at driving behavioral changes for improving metabolic health across a diverse member population including diabetes and weight management
- Shape the product roadmap by deeply analyzing member behavior and preferences using continuous data insights
- Work collaboratively across various teams, including clinical, medical research, business analytics, and engineering, to create comprehensive AI-powered experiences for our members and clinical teams and achieve data-driven impact
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
