Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field; PhD is an advantage
- Over 5 years of experience in developing AI and Machine Learning systems in production
- Familiarity with building consumer-facing features is desirable
- Experience in creating applications using LLMs, Generative AI, advanced Prompt Engineering, RAG, and iterative AI evaluations
- Skilled in building, deploying, and optimizing ML models with techniques such as deep learning neural networks
- Knowledge of Voice AI or specialized Language Models (VLMs, multi-modal, etc.) is a plus
- Proficient in programming with Python and analyzing large datasets using technologies like SQL, Snowflake, etc.
Responsibilities
- Lead the complete lifecycle of AI products, from initial concept and prototyping to development, deployment, and enhancement
- Utilize advanced methods such as Prompt Engineering, conversational AI agents, deep learning, and personalized recommendations to create tailored solutions that cater to individual needs
- Develop and refine ML models aimed at driving behavioral changes to ensure lasting improvements in metabolic health for diverse members, focusing on areas like diabetes and weight management
- Shape the product roadmap by gaining deep insights into member behaviors and preferences through ongoing data analysis
- Work collaboratively with clinical, medical research, business analytics, and engineering teams to create comprehensive AI-driven experiences for our members and clinical staff, ensuring a metrics-driven impact
- Perform additional tasks as required
Description
We are excited to announce a Full-Time Senior AI Engineer position within our Core AI team in Mountain View, CA, with the option for 100% remote work. In this role, youll work alongside talented AI Engineers and Data Scientists to advance our AI-driven product, which merges Predictive and Generative AI to deliver personalized insights that enhance our members health every day. We are particularly interested in hands-on AI Engineers who are passionate about deploying AI features that significantly improve health outcomes. While experience in healthcare is preferred, it is not mandatory.
