Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a relevant field; PhD is advantageous
- Over 5 years of professional experience in developing AI and Machine Learning systems in a production environment
- Experience in creating features for consumer-facing applications is a plus
- Proficient in developing applications that utilize LLMs, Generative AI, advanced Prompt Engineering, RAG, and iterative AI evaluations
- Skilled in building, deploying, and refining ML models using advanced methods such as deep learning neural networks
- Familiarity with Voice AI or specialized Language Models (VLMs, multi-modal, etc.) is an advantage
- Strong programming skills in Python and adept at analyzing large datasets with tools like SQL and Snowflake
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire product lifecycle of AI initiatives, from concept and prototyping to development, deployment, and enhancement
- Utilize advanced methodologies including Prompt Engineering, conversational AI agents, deep learning, and tailored recommendations to develop N of 1 solutions that cater to individual requirements
- Construct and enhance machine learning models to inspire behavioral changes resulting in sustained advancements in metabolic health for a varied member population including those managing diabetes and weight loss
- Shape the product roadmap by gaining in-depth insights into member behaviors and preferences through continuous data analysis
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including clinical, medical research, business analytics, and engineering to design comprehensive AI-driven experiences for our members and clinical teams, ensuring impact based on metrics
- Perform additional duties as necessary

As part of our Core AI team, composed of talented AI Engineers and Data Scientists, you will play a vital role in advancing our AI-driven product, which utilizes both Predictive and Generative AI to deliver personalized insights and recommendations that enhance the health of our members daily.
