Requirements
Must:
- Mastery of web concepts, digital architecture, and the WordPress environment
- Strong knowledge of planning processes and project management tools
- Familiarity with quality assurance processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English, with the ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with clients
- Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and working under pressure while meeting deadlines
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and flexibility in a constantly changing environment
- Good knowledge of web development processes (a plus)
Responsibilities
- Manage digital projects from needs analysis to launch under the supervision of the Customer Experience Director
- Ensure client needs align with business objectives through gathering and analyzing essential information
- Define project specifications while adhering to budget constraints
- Implement concrete actions to ensure project profitability by identifying and addressing financial challenges early on
- Oversee task planning and allocation to optimize the use of human and material resources
- Develop realistic timelines considering client needs and team capacities
- Identify potential risks and implement solutions to navigate project constraints
- Establish trust-based relationships with clients and maintain proactive, harmonious communication with internal teams
- Actively participate in planning meetings to relay key information and foster feedback loops to enhance internal processes
- Promote company solutions to clients collaboratively while proactively identifying business development opportunities within projects
- Ensure quality deliverables, achievement of business goals, and client satisfaction at every project stage
