Requirements
Must:
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering administration, or technical documentation is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in Quality Documentation within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with Quality Management System (QMS) platforms and document control best practices.
- Capacity to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- Experience with CAD drawings and modeling is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support manufacturing and process development teams by overseeing the administrative aspects of manufacturing builds and ensuring technical documentation is well drafted, formatted, published, and maintained within the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Format, publish, and manage technical documents, specifications, and work instructions per company and industry standards.
- Ensure documentation is properly controlled and published within the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Collaborate with process engineers and subject matter experts to gather, clarify, and revise technical content.
- Assist with audits and compliance activities by confirming documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- Identify opportunities to optimize administrative and documentation processes.
- Assist in the digitization of manufacturing process documents.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to support project planning and execution.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
- Travel between Fairview, NC and Arden, NC locations as needed, dedicating most of the day at either location.
