Requirements

Responsibilities
- Lead the enhancement and management of our Wix-based platform
- Implement improvements to user experience
- Manage digital infrastructure and tools
- Ensure the scalability and reliability of the platform
- Coordinate digital initiatives across various teams
- Manage timelines for technology implementation
- Track and report on technical performance metrics
- Ensure alignment of projects with our mission goals
- Research and propose innovative technology solutions
- Develop prototypes for new features
- Create technical documentation
- Lead the testing and evaluation of technology
- Provide technical support to student leaders
- Develop user guides and documentation
- Train team members on platform functionalities
- Gather and integrate user feedback
