Requirements
Must:
- I require a Bachelor’s degree in a computer or process-related discipline.
- You should possess at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development environments is essential.
- Proven hands-on experience in creating workflows and specifications is necessary.
- You must have a demonstrated ability to produce various reports for management teams.
- While previous healthcare experience is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement.
Responsibilities
- I will expect you to effectively manage teams with varying levels of Agile maturity and to support teams transitioning from Waterfall to Agile methodologies.
- Conducting JAD sessions, interviewing business representatives, resolving stakeholder disputes, and addressing queries from executives will be part of your role.
- You will be responsible for leading daily stand-up meetings, conducting product backlog reviews, and overseeing sprint review meetings.
- Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels will be critical, as you will be tasked with developing Epics, User Stories, and their Acceptance Criteria.
- Documenting business requirements and producing detailed specifications from multiple departmental stakeholders for the development team (C# .NET, SQL) will be required.
- You will govern operational purposes by analyzing business functions, gathering information, and assessing output requirements and formats.
- Creating and executing both manual and automated test plans based on business requirements will be part of your duties, along with instructing test resources on proper procedures for team compliance.
- You will build workflow charts and diagrams, study system functions, and write specifications.
- A solid understanding of agile delivery models is necessary, and you will work closely with stakeholders requesting your assistance, as well as product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA specialists.
- Maintaining stakeholder visibility into projects while holding them accountable for their roles in the development process to prevent bottlenecks is key.
- You will be expected to articulate a solid understanding of business cases and their supporting developmental and contextual processes using verbal communication, diagrammatic skills, and technical writing.
- Your understanding of the company’s infrastructure and data repository will be crucial in facilitating both developmental and data reporting requirement gathering.
- Taking a leadership role in enhancing the company’s project-based developmental processes will be part of your responsibilities.
- Familiarity with JIRA, TFS, Azure DevOps Server, and other project tracking tools is also required.

We are currently searching for a highly process-oriented Senior Business Analyst (BA) with strong technical writing abilities. This individual will serve as a liaison between department stakeholders and our well-integrated, in-house development and testing team. We operate in a fast-paced, results-driven, and collaborative environment, offering a fantastic opportunity to work with a dedicated team. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary starting from $100,000 per year. Please note that you must be able to commute to Miramar, FL 33027, as this role requires in-person attendance.
