Requirements
Must:
- Expert proficiency in the full technology stack
- Experience with React
- Knowledge of Node.js
- Competence in TypeScript
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL
- Expertise in GraphQL
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack development
- Capability to transform conceptual ideas into functional products without extensive specifications
- Background in developing or integrating AI-driven applications
- Strong product sense, with the ability to question features and simplify concepts before implementation
- Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance SaaS products for our agency and the ISL platform
- Oversee and improve our call intelligence application, CallJoyna
- Manage the Daily Stat Tracker, ensuring effective production tracking
- Maintain the SOP Video Vault to facilitate onboarding and training
- Develop and manage the ISL platform, including onboarding flows and dashboards
- Continuously work on new SaaS product development from a growing backlog
- Troubleshoot and enhance existing SaaS products that are already deployed
- Collaborate directly with founders to refine and evolve our products

We have developed internal tools that drive our operational success, and we are now making these tools accessible to agency owners nationwide. We offer a competitive salary between $130,000 and $180,000, performance bonuses linked to outcomes, and a range of benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with a 3% match, paid holidays, and a wellness program. This in-office role is based in Irving, TX, and provides direct access to founders, fostering a collaborative environment.
