Senior Engineer, Software Development

- Design, develop, and configure systems geared towards automating manufacturing processes. - Engage in client interactions and communication tasks. - Architect and develop industrial control systems, incorporating knowledge of electrical design, PLC, HMI, SCADA, MES, VFD, instrumentation, and associated standards. - Analyze technical project documentation to align with budgeting and planning specifications. - Notify the Project Manager about potential challenges that might affect customer expectations. - Identify critical project issues and establish priorities for activities. - Define and monitor resource mobilization plans. - Draft or supervise the preparation of necessary project documentation, including work breakdown structures, functional descriptions, detailed design specifications, and hardware and software FATs. - Foster strong and positive relationships with clients. - Coordinate engineering efforts among team members throughout the project while pursuing operational excellence and optimizing costs and schedules. - Manage and synchronize activities among various stakeholders involved in the project, including other engineering disciplines, team members, job sites, construction, and installation. - Compose and evaluate proposals. - Actively engage with clients to uncover opportunities, understand challenges, and suggest enhancements. - Be prepared to execute and oversee tasks, as well as provide constructive feedback to Project Management. - Provide technical support across multiple projects efficiently.
