Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering
- At least 3 years in a Senior or Lead Developer role with management of technical transitions between product and engineering
- Expertise in Flutter and Go from day one
- Strong proficiency in mobile and frontend technologies such as:
- Flutter & Dart for UI development and state management using Riverpod or BLoC
- Kotlin for Android native modules and background services, particularly for BLE/sensor integration
- React.js with a solid understanding of hooks, component architecture, and state management
- Tailwind CSS for rapid, responsive design
- Backend and data experience, including:
- Extensive use of Go (Golang) with the Gin framework and REST API design
- Proficiency in Python with FastAPI and async patterns
- Advanced skills in GORM for Go and SQL optimization
- Database management knowledge in PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and Redis
- Infrastructure expertise with:
- Apache Superset for dataset configuration and dashboard creation
- Docker and Docker Compose for containerization
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes, GitHub Actions, and Flutter build pipelines
- Preferred qualifications include experience with time-series data modeling, Kafka message queues, gRPC, and bilingual capabilities in Mandarin.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from design to hands-on implementation to deliver high-performance, scalable solutions
- Collaborate closely with the Product team to interpret complex customer needs into clear technical specifications
- Address technical inquiries and ensure that client requirements are met with utmost accuracy
- Work alongside the QA team to formulate comprehensive testing protocols, identify bottlenecks, and uphold the highest standards of reliability
- Coordinate with engineering teams in China to co-develop features and enhance implementation processes through shared knowledge
- Engage in ongoing product improvements and facilitate collaboration across varying locations.
